What are the minimum order requirements?
First orders start at $10,000. There is no minimum on reorders once your account is active.
Can I order custom or branded pieces?
Yes. Custom engraving, bespoke dimensions and property-branded pieces are available to all trade partners. Custom work carries its own lead time, quoted per project.
What are typical lead times?
Standard pieces are delivered in 15–20 business days. Custom and branded work is quoted per project, depending on volume and finish.
Do you ship internationally to trade accounts?
We ship worldwide, insured, with commercial invoicing and export documentation handled by our team.
Can I request samples before committing?
Approved trade accounts may order sample pieces at trade pricing, credited against your first qualifying order.
